Coalition Membership

At the Center, we outreach to our campus community and our community at large through the Addiction Prevention and Support Coalition. To become a member of the Coalition, please complete the following form: Membership Data Form. We welcome all community members, students, faculty, staff, and administrators to become members of the coalition. Membership means that you are committed to the mission and vision of the coalition and will help, as your schedule permits, in prevention planning and implementation on campus and within the community. Being an active member means helping out and attending as many monthly meetings as possible. However, there are no minimum requirements for attendance and participation.
