Get Involved with Week of Welcome 2025

EagleWeek of Welcome is a program designed to help new and returning students connect with others, learn about campus resources, and learn how to Live Wings Up! We hope to provide a vibrant campus experience during the first few weeks of the semester, beginning with University Housing move-in on Thursday, August 14.

There are many ways that departments and employees can support Week of Welcome. See below for details, and contact New Student & Family Programs at nsfp@tntech.edu with questions.

Marketing Week of Welcome & Your Event

The Week of Welcome Steering Committee has created some digital signage images to generally market this year's program. Campus departments and digital signage users are encouraged to schedule these digital flyers within their signage rotation through Week of Welcome. These files are available for download through the Web & Digital Media team's Digital Signage Dropbox folder - https://www.dropbox.com/sh/287bfp92w04z6f6/AAB__HSBsMomoDlDoAhz1cZ-a?dl=0.

Marketing Your Event...To make it simple to advertise your event to the campus community, campus departments are encouraged to utilize the Office of Communication and Marketing's Creative Services team to develop marketing materials for campus digital signage, social media, and printed posters. Creative Services will also be able to include the Week of Welcome logo and ensure that branding style is consistent with the Week of Welcome program's established theme and colors! Rates for Creative Services pricing is available here - Creative Services Fees/Pricing. Note: Lead time for collateral is at least two weeks with the option to pay a Rush Fee (if necessary).
